WHY THIS ROLE?
Hospitals are high pressure. Clinics can feel like a conveyor belt. This is different. You build real relationships — and you see real outcomes. When Mrs. Chen can walk to her letterbox again, you know you made that happen.
We are a small team. We hire carefully and invest in the right people. This is a role you can grow in , not grow out of.
HYBRID WORKING
This role is hybrid meaning you are out in the community visiting clients most of the time, and you handle all your clinical documentation from your phone or laptop wherever suits you. There is no need to be office-based to do your job well. You will come into office only when needed for team meetings, onboarding, or case discussions. We trust our team to manage their time professionally.
