Description

EB Pediatric Resources has been providing therapy to special needs children in Chicago for over 20 years. We are seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to provide clinical services to a pediatric population across a variety of settings including birth-to-three home-based (Early Intervention) and center-based for children ages 0-8 years. We have openings for both full-time employment status or flex-time PRN status. 

Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients
2. Provide physical therapy services to EBPR clients, across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings
3. Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings
4. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
6. Attend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed 
   
   

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:  

1.  Current Illinois licensure
2.  Maintain standing with APTA/IPTA and current certification with DHS/EI
