What You’ll Do
Our massage therapists create exceptional guest experiences through high-quality, healing bodywork that reflects the Natural Body philosophy of care and connection. You’ll:
Perform professional spa therapies following our award-winning protocols
Deliver personalized recommendations for home care and wellness rituals
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and spotless spa environment, including room upkeep and laundry
Participate in team meetings and marketing events that support guest experience and growth
Build lasting relationships and contribute to retention goals through thoughtful, attentive service
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
Active GA state LMT license
Minimum 6-12 + months professional massage therapy experience
Warm, confident communication and a polished, professional presence
A reliable, wellness-obsessed team player, who takes pride in their craft
A natural instinct for hospitality, personalization, and creating memorable experiences
Willingness to support our guests during peak times, including evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day, making it easier to grow a full, loyal book
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lift 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting etc.)

Hours per week:
20-29: Part-Time
30-35: Full-Time
Spa hours: 9am - 9pm, every day
Requirements
Education & Licensing
Completion of a state-approved massage therapy program (usually 500–1,000 hours of training)
Passing a licensing exam such as the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx)
Active state license (requirements vary depending on your state board)
Core Skills
Knowledge of different massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage)
Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
Ability to assess client needs and create treatment plans
Strong communication and customer service skills
Certifications (sometimes preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification
Specialty certifications (e.g., prenatal massage, reflexology)
Soft Skills
Professionalism and ethical conduct
Physical stamina and dexterity
Empathy and attentiveness to client comfort
Time management and reliability
Work Environment Expectations
Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace
Flexibility with scheduling (evenings/weekends often required)
Accurate record-keeping for client sessions
