All About Accuracy is an outsource Coding and OASIS company fully staffed with Registered Nurses who specialize in home health coding and OASIS reviews. All employees are required to have certifications in Home Care Coding Specialist – Diagnosis (HCS-D), and either of the following: Home Care Clinical Specialist – OASIS (HCS-O) or Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C).
All employees work as a 1099 independent contractor, work from a home office, and work on a 48 hour turnaround time. We fully understand the benefits of working from home and understand that it's not always a 9-5 job, tied to your desk/phone, position. We have some reviewers who work only at night, some only during the day and others who break it up and do both. As long as you complete your task list and submit your reviews back to the agency within 48 hours, you make your own schedule.
