Job Description Summary The Physical Therapist provides a variety of medical services to help individuals who have been injured or physically affected by illness to recover or improve function. A Physical Therapist must be able to evaluate a patient's condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan. The Physical Therapist's goal is to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability, in order to maximize quality of life.
Duties
Evaluate and assess patients to establish a plan of care Develop and implement individualized therapy programs Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and at-home exercises Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry regulations Experience
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California Basic Life Support certification Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program New graduates and experienced PTs welcome Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care We also offer:
