Description
Associates in Radiation Medicine (ARM) is seeking a board-certified or -eligible radiation oncologist to join the largest physician-owned radiation oncology private practice in Maryland. This position is based primarily at the TidalHealth Richard A. Henson Cancer Institute in Salisbury, MD, with occasional coverage in nearby satellite clinics. This is a partnership-track opportunity offering autonomy, stability, and the ability to shape the future of our growing practice.

About the Position
Join a partnership-track opportunity with competitive compensation and the support of a collaborative team of 12 board-certified radiation oncologists and advanced practitioners. Practice in a resource-rich hospital based facility equipped with two Varian TrueBeams, a dedicated 4DCT simulator, HDR brachytherapy, SGRT, SRS, and SBRT, while working alongside multidisciplinary specialists in surgical oncology, medical oncology, thoracic surgery, and palliative care. There is robust on-site staff support and opportunities for teaching and academic involvement through expanding residency and fellowship programs, intertwined with a longstanding partnership with TidalHealth, the leading regional health system.

Requirements
Applicants must be an M.D. or D.O. graduate and ABR board-eligible or -certified for radiation oncology.
