Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving overall quality of life.
Accurately document patient progress using EMR systems.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinical environment.

Requirements

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
Open to new graduates; outpatient experience is helpful but not required. Passion for patient care is essential.
