Description
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses at The Paramount at Somers located at 189 Route 100, Somers, NY 10589Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
- Current License-LPN
