Job Description:
As a Float Licensed Administrator with us, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being, comfort, and dignity of residents within our five communities. You will assist the permanent administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facilities, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and support in accordance with established guidelines and regulations. You will support the communities by spending a few weeks to multiple months at a time ensuring the overall quality of care our residents are receiving. This can include aiding with documentation, supporting the community while the permanent administrator is on leave, ensuring compliance with OARs, and providing professional and expert guidance toward the betterment of our communities.
Shift: Full-time
Compensation Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year (based on experience level)

Requirements
Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage a compassionate team of care providers, administrative staff, and other essential personnel
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the facility meets or exceeds all state and federal regulations related to care, safety, and documentation
- Budget and Finance: Manage the facility’s budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and financial stability
- Family and Resident Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families, addressing any concerns or feedback and ensuring clear communication
- Care Quality Assurance: Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services provided to residents
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and partners to support the residents and the facility's needs
- Risk Management: Implement measures to minimize risks and address any emergency or crisis in the community promptly
- Program Development: Introduce and oversee enrichment programs tailored to the residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being
- Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in assisted living and memory care
Job Qualifications:
- Certification/License in Assisted Living Administration or similar
- 2 Years of Med Tech Experience
- 1 Year of RCC Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to handle the emotional aspects of working with seniors, especially those with memory care needs
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Capacity to handle the physical requirements of the job, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Certification in Assisted Living Administration or similar (preferred)
- Experience with memory care or Alzheimer’s/dementia care programs (preferred)
- Experience with Specific Needs Contracts (preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic health records and related software (preferred)
